These terms govern your use of the Vertex Grounds Management website (vertexgrounds.ca) and the information and services described on it. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site is operated by Vertex Grounds Management Inc., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. We provide grounds maintenance, snow and ice management, irrigation, and facilities services across Lethbridge and Southern Alberta.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but information here is for general guidance only. Service descriptions, pricing examples, statistics, and certifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting. Pricing, availability, and exact scope of work are confirmed only in a written quote or signed contract.
If you spot an error, please email info@vertexgrounds.ca and we'll correct it.
Submitting a quote request through this site doesn't create a binding contract. It starts a conversation. We may follow up by phone, email, or in person to clarify scope, walk the property, and provide a written quote. A binding service agreement only exists when both parties sign one.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are conditional on accurate site information, scope, and conditions at the time of work.

Liability for the actual services we perform is governed by your service contract, our insurance, and applicable law — not by these site terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any dispute arising out of these terms or use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
